These Terms govern your use of AI Swarm Sell (aiswarmsell.com), operated by Syntronix Solutions ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these Terms.
1. Service
AI Swarm Sell is a fully-managed, white-label AI sales department: a coordinator agent and specialist agents that qualify leads, draft replies and follow-ups, and help book meetings, with a human-approval gate. Features may evolve; some capabilities are on the roadmap and not guaranteed.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for safeguarding your credentials, and for all activity under your account. You must be authorized to connect any third-party account (e.g. Gmail) you link.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service unlawfully, to send spam or unsolicited messages in violation of applicable law (incl. Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), GDPR/ePrivacy, and CAN-SPAM), to infringe third-party rights, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. You are responsible for the content your agents send on your behalf and for honouring opt-outs.
4. Fees
Paid plans are billed as agreed at sign-up. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
5. Data & privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your tenant data; we process it only to provide the service and never use it to train public models.
6. Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the platform and software. You retain all rights in your content. White-label customers may present the service under their own brand as permitted by their plan.

Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Term & termination
Either party may terminate per the agreed plan terms. We may suspend access for material breach or to protect the service. On termination, tenant data is deleted subject to legal retention obligations.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canadaapplicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in Ontario, Canada have exclusive jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The "last updated" date above applies.
